The cost
Where the gap beats the desk.
Each tower is one firm. The orange base is what goes unbilled. The blue plane is what the desk costs in year one.
Blue plane: desk, first year £17,900
Each tower is one firm size. The orange base is never-billed extras and the grey top is billed extras.

Illustrative. Extras are 8% of turnover and the 20% share is a placeholder. The audit replaces both with your figures.

For builders
Is it right for you?
Five questions. About thirty seconds. Nothing is sent anywhere.
Questions
Quick answers.
What is a variation?
Any agreed change to a job's scope, price or programme. Agreeing it in writing before the work starts turns a favour into billable work.
How much does it cost?
The audit starts from £995 and is credited against setup if you continue within 30 days. Setup is £3,000 to £4,000. The desk starts from £1,200 a month.
What if a homeowner will not sign?
You find out before the work starts, when changing the scope is cheap. Genuine emergencies are flagged and recorded rather than blocked.
